A Family Legacy, Built on Dim Sum
Heasum Dimsum was founded in 1994 in Guangdong Province by Master Chef Chen Weiming, a third-generation Cantonese dim sum artisan whose family had been crafting yum cha classics since the 1930s. What began as a small workshop supplying local teahouses has grown into one of South China's most trusted frozen dim sum manufacturers.
For over 30 years, we have held one belief above all: that authentic Cantonese dim sum — the kind that takes a master's hands and decades of practice — deserves to reach every table in the world, without compromise. Every product we make carries that conviction.

Achieved HACCP certification. Began supplying supermarket chains across Guangdong and Hong Kong.
ISO 22000 certified. Launched first export shipments to Southeast Asia and Australia.
BRC Grade A certification. Entered European and North American markets. Expanded to 500+ SKUs.
New 50,000 sq.m facility commissioned. GACC registered. Monthly capacity reaches 500 metric tons.
